You will proactively delve into data to identify areas where markets face supply or demand constraints, uncover patterns across different cohorts and geographies, and take decisive actions. In cases of supply constraints, you will lead initiatives to swiftly boost supply levels. Conversely, when facing demand constraints, you will collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, and marketing teams to stimulate demand.This role will also be crucial in scaling new segments of the marketplace. As we venture into new categories, you will devise strategies to rapidly build high-quality supply from 0 to hundreds, and eventually thousands of listings, creating a repeatable playbook for success.This is a strategically significant and operationally intensive role suited for a candidate who is analytical, resourceful, and action-oriented—a person who can swiftly transition from identifying challenges within data to implementing real-world solutions.
