This role is crucial as we have already achieved product-market fit and are witnessing a growing customer base with our brand gaining traction in the finance and AI sectors.You will be the first full-time marketing hire, taking ownership of brand development, demand generation, content creation, paid media, public relations, and design. This role is not about merely managing strategies or agencies; you will actively engage with tools such as Figma, ad managers, and content writing—often all on the same day.Collaboration is key; you will work closely with our Head of Community (responsible for events and candidate-facing content), our SDRs (targeting CFOs and controllers), our Deployed Intelligence team (comprised of former finance professionals embedded with clients), and the CEO. Your mission will be to raise awareness of Sapien's identity, offerings, and significance, ensuring that by the time our SDRs initiate contact or our community team organizes an event, the brand has already built a strong presence.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand and Positioning Ownership: Define and manage Sapien's visual and verbal identity.
