Facilitate donor engagement efforts, including maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, tracking cultivation activities, and managing acknowledgment and stewardship communications. Prepare, track, and reconcile expenditure records, consultant contracts, vendor invoices, and credit card transactions against departmental budgets to enhance internal controls. Develop and maintain systems to improve visibility into development pipelines, fundraising progress, and communications campaigns. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Development, Communications, Program, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on proposals, reports, messaging, and deliverables. Support data collection, impact reporting, and the creation of presentation materials that effectively communicate measurable outcomes and strategic priorities. Manage travel arrangements, conferences, executive scheduling, and high-level meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the organization of the Communications Department’s digital assets, including photo and video libraries and knowledge-sharing platforms.
