This individual contributor role emphasizes strategic thinking, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & AlignmentDevelop and implement tailored AI Search strategies for clients.Identify challenges, prioritize opportunities, and translate Scrunch insights into operational strategies.Collaborate with Customer Success to conduct regular strategy reviews and alignment sessions.Intelligence & InsightsCreate and maintain dashboards to monitor AI Search KPIs, competitor activity, and structured content maturity.Provide ongoing insights regarding content performance, competitive trends, and shifts in LLM behavior.Convert Scrunch intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations based on customer personas and journeys.Conduct research on AI discovery, structured content, and evolving search intents.Optimization & EnablementFacilitate client workshops aimed at enhancing visibility across AI-powered search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google SGE).
