Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a Brand Designer who will spearhead the development of striking, contemporary brand identities and websites for high-growth startups. You will work within a small, focused team where your contributions will significantly influence the launch and scaling of tomorrow’s companies.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation of comprehensive brand identities from concept to execution, including logos, typography, color palettes, and complete brand guidelines.
Design and launch websites using Webflow and Figma that embody brand strategies through engaging digital experiences.
Present and articulate your designs directly to clients, guiding them in making informed creative choices.
Manage multiple design explorations while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and project managers to ensure design outcomes align with client objectives.
Ensure visual consistency across various brand, website, and marketing design projects.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in brand design, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
A robust portfolio demonstrating:
Brand identities developed from the ground up (not merely refreshes or marketing visuals).
Website designs that are modern, sleek, and tailored for tech/startup audiences.
