Role Overview:
ClarityPay is on the lookout for a Commercial Analysis and Reporting Manager. This individual contributor role is pivotal as ClarityPay thrives on data-driven insights to distinguish our offerings and enhance client success. The successful candidate will convert data into actionable insights that stimulate merchant growth, optimize program performance, and ensure client satisfaction. This person will actively monitor performance metrics, identify challenges, support optimization efforts, and produce impactful reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively detect trends, anomalies, and performance issues across merchant programs.
Sustain data tracking for performance goals and plans.
Manage commercial volume strategies and forecasts.
Define KPIs and dashboards to gauge program health and outcomes.
Create, maintain, and automate reporting solutions for both internal and external clients.
Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored for various audiences.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including internal systems, other departments, third-party tools, and market research.
Guarantee accuracy, consistency, and punctuality of all reporting outputs.
Contribute to client reviews by showcasing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Work collaboratively with client management to enhance client relationships through analytical support.
