You will collaborate with our Embedded Product Managers, Research Product Managers, and Applied AI Engineers to ensure your research yields measurable value and is effectively deployed into active production.What You'll Do:Engage directly with clients to pinpoint high-impact research challenges that align frontier AI capabilities with critical business demands.Develop and implement research strategies focusing on LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, agentic modeling, and tailored model development that address client-specific issues.Create prototypes and scale training pipelines, experimenting with model architectures, optimization techniques, and post-training methodologies while quickly adapting based on client feedback.Conduct extensive customer evaluations that clearly demonstrate business value and foster AI adoption.
