Chief of Staff Role
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to help Alpaca Health scale. This position is suited for a versatile leader interested in organizational development and operational excellence. This is a broad role that touches strategy, product, hiring, growth, fundraising, and operations, all within a growing healthcare company. Key Responsibilities
Act as an Extension of the CEO
- Stay up to date on company priorities, risks, staffing, launches, and important decisions.
- Help the CEO focus on the most impactful opportunities.
- Assess strategies and turn high-level direction into concrete plans.
- Prepare for leadership meetings, investor updates, and major company decisions.
Drive Execution Across Teams
- Lead cross-functional projects, starting with provider success and digital growth. This may evolve into a functional lead or hiring responsibility.
- Clarify complex or ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution. Build processes that support sustainable growth.
Develop Systems for Scaling
- Oversee the creation of operational frameworks that enable the company’s growth goals.
