About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Specialist to spearhead operational excellence and facilitate growth as we transition from a ~50-person Series A company to a thriving organization of over 100 employees with a robust go-to-market engine.
This role will rapidly evolve alongside our business, allowing for significant influence and impact as you take ownership of various essential functions prior to the addition of specialized roles.
This position is based at our NYC headquarters.
Your Responsibilities

Operations: Drive excellence throughout the organization by managing operational cadence (QBRs, annual planning, performance reviews); identify and eliminate cross-functional bottlenecks; foster a best-in-class company culture & processes with a focus on employee engagement; design and oversee hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Operations as a trusted advisor; establish and monitor key business metrics; prepare board materials and participate in board meetings; oversee strategic product and financial planning; serve as a trusted representative in selected internal and external discussions; etc.
Growth & GTM: Assist in scaling a successful go-to-market engine: contribute to GTM strategy and performance metrics; work together on customer segmentation, core positioning, and pricing; connect the dots between marketing, sales, and product to achieve world-class product-led growth.
Special Projects: Take the lead on high-visibility initiatives that are strategically important and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Who You Are
You possess 3-8 years of experience, including:
1-3 years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a similar field
1-4 years at a high-performing Series A-C startup in Business Operations, Product Management, or as Chief of Staff.
