This role involves managing sales forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to enhance sales volume and profitability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory. - Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - Expand your knowledge of industry trends, new offerings, and broker practices. - Monitor competitor strategies and assess potential threats. - Guarantee the efficiency and accuracy of services provided to clients. - Oversee the preparation and execution of renewal proposals for existing clients. - Create impactful executive summaries for client presentations. - Formulate lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) for activity tracking. - Submit new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports punctually. - Participate in monthly consulting meetings, offering training and mentorship to colleagues. - Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for team meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions, which may involve air travel and ground transportation. - Foster and enhance relationships with team members and peers across various disciplines to ensure effective communication and service delivery to clients. - Stay updated on best practices through webinars and training sessions.
