You will be responsible for articulating the advantages of staffing solutions and BPO, ensuring client expectations align with our deliverables. This role involves managing sales forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to enhance sales volume and profitability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory. - Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - Expand your knowledge of industry trends, new offerings, and broker practices. - Monitor competitor strategies and assess potential threats. - Guarantee the efficiency and accuracy of services provided to clients. - Oversee the preparation and execution of renewal proposals for existing clients. - Create impactful executive summaries for client presentations. - Formulate lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) for activity tracking. - Submit new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports punctually. - Participate in monthly consulting meetings, offering training and mentorship to colleagues. - Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for team meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions, which may involve air travel and ground transportation. - Foster and enhance relationships with team members and peers across various disciplines to ensure effective communication and service delivery to clients. - Stay updated on best practices through webinars and training sessions.
