Role Overview: Account Manager (NYC HQ) The Account Manager will shape the commercial success of existing client accounts at Glimpse. This person takes ownership of key metrics like Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), approaching them with the care of a business owner. This position is broader than traditional account management. It calls for executive-level communication, disciplined commercial strategy, and a strong focus on data to demonstrate Glimpse’s value.
