Collaboration is key as you will work cross-functionally with editorial, data, and PR teams to ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, and impactful. You will operate independently, shaping not just the narratives we share, but also determining the best delivery methods to serve our audience effectively.Key Responsibilities:Identify content gaps and optimization opportunities using performance data and strategic priorities; propose and create new articles to fill those gaps.Research and develop well-sourced, clear, and engaging content focused on Canadian personal finance issues, especially credit cards.Engage in and create diverse content formats (e.g., articles, newsletters, social media, video) to enhance the audience-first user experience.Provide editing support, including backreads, copyediting, and line editing, to maintain high editorial standards across team outputs.Review Canadian credit card products, gather and analyze data, and translate insights into easily digestible comparisons and recommendations for consumers.
