In this role, you will oversee a team of field executives, drive distribution efforts, and facilitate consistent growth in merchant onboarding and transaction volumes.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a field sales team of 5 or more members.2. Drive sales and deployment of EDC machines in the oil & gas sector (e.g., petrol stations, distributors).3. Establish and nurture robust relationships with channel partners.4. Achieve targets through effective team coordination and on-ground execution.5. Monitor daily productivity, acquisition quality, and incentive earnings.6. Train, guide, and motivate the team to enhance performance and scalability.7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.8. Handle regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools.Requirements:1. Must possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales and distribution.3. Demonstrated success in leading field sales teams.4. In-depth knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations.5. Experience with POS/EDC device sales is preferred.6.
