Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Program Management:Oversee and coordinate multiple strategic programs within private banking, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines. Establish program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics, while ensuring effective governance and reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as relationship managers, product teams, compliance, and technology to drive seamless execution. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to guarantee program success. Customer Campaigns:Conceive and implement targeted campaigns designed to acquire, engage, and retain high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-HNW clients. Utilize customer insights and data analytics to customize campaign strategies and enhance conversion rates. Work in tandem with marketing and digital teams to ensure coherent messaging and omnichannel delivery. Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously refine campaign effectiveness. Product Management:Assist in the lifecycle management of private banking offerings, including investments, wealth solutions, lending, and advisory services. Collaborate with product specialists to enhance offerings based on market trends, client feedback, and competitive analysis. Drive product improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all offerings. Act as a liaison between business, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful product rollouts. Product Proposition & Strategy:Develop compelling product propositions that cater to the needs of affluent and HNW clients. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within the private banking portfolio. Contribute to the design of unique value propositions that enhance client loyalty and stimulate revenue growth.
