About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Technical Operations Manager to streamline processes, integrate AI into daily workflows, and develop scalable systems for our operations. You will collaborate across our enterprise suite—encompassing multiple products, teams, and customer segments—to unify data models, standardize processes, and create reusable components that enhance efficiency across the organization. You will tackle ambiguous, high-impact challenges, transform messy data into reliable pipelines, and oversee the metrics that drive revenue and profitability.
What You'll Do:
Build & automate: Create dependable, scalable workflows (SQL-backed, API-driven, Retool-powered) that reduce manual tasks and significantly boost speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Integrate AI into operations: Identify impactful use cases (triage, routing, QA, forecasting, SOP generation) and deploy practical AI tools that enhance outcomes.
