You will work closely with the avionics, mechanical, integration, and production teams, engaging in hands-on design, development, assembly, and testing of harnesses, enclosures, and mounting hardware.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define harness design specifications, including routing, component selection, and integration processes.Design detailed flight and test harnesses, ensuring thorough coordination with production technicians and A&P mechanics for installation on aircraft.Contribute to the installation and testing of your designs on remotely operated aircraft, playing a pivotal role in the integration of hardware systems.
