Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the SoC architecture by transforming Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into comprehensive SoC-level architectures, collaborating closely with subsystem architects and cross-functional teams.
Define the SoC architecture, including specifications for memory, systems, interconnects, clocking, power, IP requirements, and system integration.
Establish system flows for powering up, booting, and recovery processes.
Oversee PPA feasibility and drive power, performance, and area trade-offs in partnership with implementation teams.
Manage architectural specifications and documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle from definition to productization.
Who You Are:
Proven experience in complex SoC architectures within the industry.
Strong knowledge of memory systems and interconnect fabrics, including familiarity with industry standards.
Ability to articulate functional and PPA requirements based on specific use cases.
Excellent architectural judgment to navigate trade-off decisions effectively.
Exceptional skills in technical communication, documentation, and organization.
Experience working collaboratively across hardware, software, and third-party IP teams.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Verilog, Bash, C/C++, and Python.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) in our Mountain View, CA location.
