The Senior Associate reports directly to the Director of Business Operations. The Strategy & BizOps team shapes Waymo’s go-to-market approach by combining data-driven analysis with strategic planning. The team identifies and delivers high-impact projects that support the commercial rollout of Waymo’s technology. What You’ll Do Research and analyze current business trends to support strategy development and execution. Lead business analyses, turning data into clear, actionable insights. Work with cross-functional teams to move initiatives forward and deliver results. Present business results and insights to senior leadership and share key findings across the organization. Scope analyses, prioritize tasks across multiple projects, and manage resource allocation. Develop creative solutions to challenges and take full ownership of outcomes for the ride-hail business.
