Qualifications
Your Profile is Key to Our Success! Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited university. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in structural stress analysis for aircraft. A demonstrated interest in developing leadership skills. Strong knowledge of load and structure interactions. Proficiency in structural sizing methodologies. Expertise in classical analysis methods and finite element analysis tools (e.g., MSC Patran/Nastran, Altair Hypermesh). Experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis (F&DT) along with associated tools (e.g., Nasgro). Understanding of civil aircraft certification rules and experience with certification procedures. Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of constructive and effective interaction within cross-functional teams.
