Role Overview: Assess the maturity level of services and provide recommendations to development teams. Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices in observability. Empower development teams to take ownership in deploying, supporting, and operating their services and infrastructure. Mentor developers on reliability practices, focusing on fostering their independence. Work closely with other platform division teams to promote the adoption of practices among development teams.
