The Integration Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of integration consultants who deliver integration services and solutions to clients. This role coordinates activities with cross-functional teams and ensures a seamless transition from sales to implementation, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The manager focuses on team development, project oversight, and continuous improvement of integration service standards, fostering operational excellence and client satisfaction across all assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for implementing and configuring integration solutions.
- Oversee daily operations and performance of consultants across multiple projects and client engagements.
- Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
- Act as the primary escalation point for scope or execution issues related to integrations for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with integration solution consultants to ensure alignment between consultant deliverables and solution designs.
