Your technical expertise will be essential to our mission's success, and we are in search of a committed professional with a progressive mindset to elevate our cloud operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve intricate issues across development, integration, testing, and production environments within Cloud One, including infrastructure, connectivity, and application performance challenges.Monitor and track system performance, usage, and health in both production and support environments continuously.Execute performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization strategies to maintain high availability and efficiency.Provide technical support and maintenance for CPM interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the wider cloud ecosystem.Assist in crafting and maintaining architectural documentation to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.Implement and oversee security protocols to safeguard cloud environments from vulnerabilities and threats, regularly reviewing and updating security measures to align with industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and stakeholders, to support cloud initiatives and tackle technical challenges.
