Collaborate with Project Managers and site stakeholders for the planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of production equipment. Maintain and oversee CMMS/G-sheet preventive maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Manage contractors and suppliers, defining the scope of work and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Communicate safety-related issues effectively and promptly. Develop and monitor the maintenance department budget, ensuring labor, MRO inventory, contractor costs, and capital expenditures align with cost control measures. Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements through necessary equipment and facilities upgrades. Track maintenance metrics such as equipment downtime and preventive maintenance completion rates. Ensure adherence to HelloFresh’s safety policies and report workplace hazards promptly. Other duties as assigned.
