Role Overview: Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support
This position is based in Miramar, FL. The Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support works closely with production teams to improve processes, documentation, and technical troubleshooting in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production cells and optimize manufacturing and repair processes.
- Analyze production data to improve safety, quality, and delivery standards.
- Create and maintain work instructions and technical documentation.
- Lead or assist in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), process improvements, and industrialization projects.
- Collaborate with production teams to address technical issues and streamline operations.
- Support new product introductions and capital expenditure projects.
