We are currently seeking a dynamic ANZ Sales Director to spearhead our Account Executive team across Australia and New Zealand, driving the next chapter of growth within the midmarket and larger law firm segments.
The Opportunity:
As the ANZ Sales Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role within Actionstep’s Sales function, bridging frontline sales execution with regional sales strategy. Your mission will be to translate our go-to-market strategy into everyday sales performance, cultivate a high-performing and highly trusted sales team, and ensure consistent success against ambitious growth targets.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives on coaching, shaping strategies, and engaging in complex deals as necessary, all while avoiding micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives to market and sell Actionstep’s platform to midmarket and larger law firms across ANZ.
- Develop and implement a clear sales strategy, including effective territory planning and segmentation.
- Foster a culture of high trust and accountability where autonomy, ownership, and results are paramount.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional VP to align ANZ sales strategies with broader regional objectives.
- Leverage pipeline and performance data to inform forecasting, prioritization, and coaching discussions.
- Assist with complex or high-value opportunities, stepping in to support when needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to enhance go-to-market execution and storytelling.
- Advocate for continuous improvement, adapting swiftly to market signals and evolving sales practices.
