With a remarkable growth trajectory, we are positioned to enhance our market presence and lead in technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete lifecycle of test board development, encompassing schematic capture, PCB layout review, BOM creation, bring-up, and debugging.Design RF signal paths with meticulous attention to impedance matching, microstrip/stripline routing, and connector selection for operation up to 64 GHz.Create low-noise power delivery networks utilizing LDO regulators suited for sensitive analog and RF measurement environments.Perform characterization of high-speed ADC and DAC devices, including SNDR, SFDR, THD, and dynamic range measurements.Evaluate and interpret S-parameters to ensure board signal integrity and RF performance across the entire frequency spectrum.Incorporate FPGA or microcontroller subsystems into test boards for automated stimulus, data capture, and instrument control.Develop and maintain test automation scripts to enhance characterization workflows and regression testing.Collaborate with analog and digital IC design engineers to establish test requirements for new silicon bring-up.Thoroughly document board designs, testing procedures, and characterization results.
