If you are passionate about empowering restaurants with transformative technology and want to make a significant impact on the industry, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Onboarding / Implementation:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process: Oversee the customer journey from sales handover through setup, training, and go-live, ensuring that implementation stays on track, addressing any concerns, and setting merchants up for sustainable success.Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for new merchants, ensuring smooth implementation by providing clear guidance and support, addressing any concerns, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.Training: Facilitate training sessions for merchants on the effective utilization of Tebi products.Drive Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and develop scalable onboarding processes that enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and optimize the merchant experience.Account Management / Support:Act as the primary liaison for merchants: Foster strong relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and continued success.
