Experience with direct and indirect taxes or accounting in LATAM jurisdictions is especially valuable. The team values a proactive approach and a sense of ownership in daily work. Main Responsibilities Assist with indirect and direct tax compliance across all relevant LATAM jurisdictions. Research and analyze specific tax issues, then provide tailored advice. Identify risks and possible tax planning opportunities. Assess uncertain tax exposures and manage related tax provisions. Collaborate with third-party service providers as needed. Work with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure proper understanding and application of tax laws. Support indirect and direct tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities, working with external providers and local finance teams. Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives, and exemptions when available.
