Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates through a variety of channels.
- Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle: crafting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting phone and video interviews, candidate assessments, and coordinating with hiring teams.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to outline the recruitment process.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Providing constructive feedback to applicants.
- Promoting the Fever brand by participating in virtual job fairs, e-meetups, and other events.
- Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies that align with Fever’s goals.
