The Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Mexico sits within Airbnb’s Growth Marketing team. This role connects marketing, engineering, and data science, using data-driven strategies to strengthen business performance. The focus is on shaping Airbnb’s growth in the LATAM region, especially Mexico, by finding opportunities, generating insights, and working with both global and regional teams to drive results.
What you will do
- Analyze market data: Review performance metrics, customer behavior, and trends across Mexico and LATAM to spot growth opportunities and shape localized marketing plans.
- Develop growth strategies: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and roll out marketing strategies tailored for the Mexican market.
