Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, team performance, and timely, budget-compliant delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Assist management in acquiring and delivering Operations projects.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret client and industry data.
- Evaluate client situations and develop customized operational strategies to improve performance.
- Structure problem-solving processes, develop project timelines, and delegate tasks to team members.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives, change management, and transformation efforts throughout client engagements.
- Create action plans to enhance products and processes, boost efficiency, and ensure scalability.
- Engage with client personnel at all levels, from shop floor operators to executive leadership.
- Contribute to project documentation and capability-building resources.
- Mentor junior team members through on-the-job training and coaching.
- Develop intellectual capital in key areas as part of our thought leadership initiatives.
- Travel to client sites as necessary.
