As a Sales Engineer, you will spearhead technical discussions with clients, helping them transform their requirements into successful outcomes while facilitating smooth onboarding and sustained product utilization. You will serve as the technical expert throughout the customer journey—from sales and onboarding to implementation—utilizing your extensive knowledge of the hCaptcha ecosystem.
Our role involves extensive collaboration with engineers at our client organizations at every stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on implementation strategies, use cases, and product choices, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Convert client requests and specifications into actionable development tasks.
- Keep abreast of competitive products and emerging market prospects.
- Lead continuous service enhancement initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery across the technology stack.
- Collaborate with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies, create solution architectures, and strengthen client acquisition initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between architects, engineers, and clients, translating complex business needs into viable technical solutions.
