Role overview The Software Testing Trainee position centers on supporting software quality assurance activities. This entry-level role emphasizes manual testing, with the chance to gradually learn automated testing methods. Daily tasks follow established procedures and are performed under close supervision. The role is designed to help build technical skills, especially in automotive validation settings. Main responsibilities Carry out test cases using provided instructions and existing documentation. Record and organize test results clearly. Identify and document software defects with guidance from the team. Follow up on incidents under supervision. Assist in updating test plans and basic documentation. Work with testing and development engineers to address identified issues. Learn to operate testing tools, test benches, and validation environments. Participate in initiatives focused on continuous improvement and quality best practices.
