Your Role: In this key position, you will lead project teams, ensuring technical delivery, managing client requirements, and overseeing quality, cost, and delivery management. You will also coordinate team pilots and facilitate skills development within your team.
Responsibilities:
- Operationally manage project resources and team skills.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications and client expectations.
- Oversee project quality, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Estimate workloads and manage project activities.
- Conduct weekly project meetings and monthly reviews.
- Utilize ALTEN's ADF kit and processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide operational reports to management.
- Implement safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Engage in ALTEN Mexico's internal initiatives.
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols as defined by the company.
- Follow Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Coordinate with team leaders and consultants.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and skills enhancement.
