Main Responsibilities Prepare and manage reports to improve visibility into supplier contracts, reduce risk, and support audit compliance. Create, send, and track purchase orders, following procurement policy guidelines. Assist with the document safeguarding plan as outlined in procurement policies. Gather and review documentation needed for supplier onboarding in company systems. Work with the data team to ensure supplier documents are entered accurately for onboarding. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to support negotiations and maintain effective relationships. Location Mexico
