As part of our strategic growth, we are excited to expand our Catalyst team in our newly established office in Santa Fe, Mexico City, enhancing our service delivery to clients throughout the Americas.
Role Overview
The Catalyst team is our premier analytical unit, dedicated to optimizing and modernizing our research methodologies through technology, automation, and data visualization. This team is also charged with the development and execution of our bespoke productized solutions (NextGen practice), enabling us to respond swiftly to our clients' pressing business inquiries. Our research spans a diverse geographic scope, often involving multi-country or global projects, or focusing on specific markets within the Americas. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, with Portuguese considered an advantageous skill. The role involves collaboration with major global FMCG clients, particularly in sectors such as Consumer Finance, Home & Garden, and Packaging, as well as engagements with government entities and trade associations. Consequently, the work may encompass both B2B and B2C contexts.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to a Consulting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
