About the job
The HR Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of HR functions aimed at driving business strategies, enhancing employee experiences, and cultivating successful leadership and teamwork. This position collaborates with leaders and employees throughout the organization to address essential areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance with labor laws, and HR/payroll system transactions. Furthermore, the HR Advisor works closely with global HR teams on various projects and assists in the design and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing best practices and insights from external sources.
- Facilitate change management and support leadership development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee relations initiatives.
- Guide conflict resolution and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and offer coaching to managers and team members.
Performance Management
- Oversee the annual performance review process and assist in goal-setting and feedback discussions.
- Coach leaders on addressing performance challenges and planning for development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support compensation planning and benefits administration, including open enrollment and leave management.
- Address employee inquiries and collaborate with Corporate Benefits for issue resolution.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
HRIS & Reporting
- Maintain the integrity of HRIS (Workday) data and generate reports for audits and planning purposes.
- Process job and personal changes and support payroll with attendance and data requests.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate new hire orientation and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation.
