Role Overview: Associate Technical Account Manager – Auth0 Enterprise
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
This role sits within Okta’s Technical Account Management (TAM) team. TAMs help customers implement secure and scalable identity solutions, serving as trusted advisors throughout the customer journey. The team’s mission is to guide customers’ identity strategies, support their technical maturity, and help them maximize the value of Okta’s Auth0 products while maintaining strong security and supporting contract renewals.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with enterprise customers on their Auth0 implementations, focusing on consumer and SaaS application authentication and authorization.
- Act as an identity coach, collaborating with a portfolio of well-known brands.
- Engage with technical stakeholders early in the customer lifecycle to understand their business goals, technical environments, and challenges.
- Help deliver strategic plans that address customer needs, support evolving objectives, and strengthen security.
- Support customers in realizing the full potential of their Auth0 platform investment.
