About the Role
Motive is on the lookout for a motivated Account Executive to contribute to the growth of our sales team in Mexico. As one of the initial members of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, establishing customer relationships from the ground up, and enhancing how Motive provides value in the region.
Your expertise in leveraging Motive’s strong product positioning and global success will be key to identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and delivering measurable impacts on our customers' operations. This role is perfect for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) who has excelled in prospecting and is eager to transition into a full-cycle closing role. We seek individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy market-building, and aspire to advance within a premier organization.
This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, with occasional travel for client meetings.
