We are on the lookout for passionate 3D Environment Artists who are enthusiastic about crafting high-quality, game-ready environments. You will collaborate with a team of seasoned artists on long-term projects, working closely with Concept Art, Animation, Engineering, and more to create environments that align with the project's artistic vision.
Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Quickly learn a proprietary engine and work effectively within its constraints.
- Deliver a complete environment area (assets, assembly, materials) that adheres to concept and art direction.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, asking insightful questions and clearly communicating progress.
Some of the exciting tasks you'll undertake include:
- Collaborating with art leadership to design visually captivating worlds.
- Modeling, texturing, and integrating in-game environments based on concepts, 3D mock-ups, and art direction specifications.
- Building and maintaining modular environment kits, including materials and trim sheets.
- Contributing to the organization and optimization of both data and production pipelines for the project.
- Tracking and fixing bugs during production and post-production phases.
