Role Overview: Team Leader - Super Payments This Melbourne-based position leads a team within the Super Payments division. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of superannuation deposits and withdrawals. It combines hands-on leadership with technical expertise in a high-volume environment. The Team Leader maintains service standards, manages risk and accuracy, and works to enhance the client experience. What You Will Do Lead, coach, and support team members through regular one-on-ones, feedback, and daily guidance. Provide technical leadership and hands-on help with complex or escalated Super Payments matters. Monitor team workloads, queues, and priorities to meet service turnaround and quality targets. Promote a customer-focused, accountable culture that reflects Netwealth's values. Spot process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and support change initiatives. Ensure compliance with Superannuation legislation, AML/CTF, CDD, privacy, and internal controls. Partner closely with your Manager and internal stakeholders. Location This role is based at the Melbourne office.
