As our team continues to grow, we are eagerly searching for a Part-Time Desktop Support Officer to provide top-tier onsite technical support to our clients in Melbourne. This role requires your presence at customer sites on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Your mission will be to offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance to users while maintaining a positive demeanor. You will engage with various technologies, including Mac and PC systems, tablets, server setups, network infrastructures, and voice platforms, with the majority of server and network support managed by our specialized teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the smooth daily operations for our customers.
- Build rapport with end-users through personable interactions.
- Work collaboratively to identify and enhance existing processes.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Identify unstructured requests and work with peers to develop processes.
- Maintain updated documentation and procedures consistently.
- Handle day-to-day technology issues and coordinate with external third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
