In this role, you will:Actively promote and enforce company safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, fostering a safe workplace at all times.Ensure alignment with the Company's Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.Coordinate and oversee construction engineering activities, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with established plans, designs, and specifications.Interpret design documents for effective implementation in construction projects.Contribute to the enhancement of existing designs.Manage and supervise the tendering process.Assist in the preparation of site construction budgets and generate comprehensive reports.Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and report to the site manager or project manager, while participating in site meetings.
