Your responsibilities will include designing and scaling Appian’s technical solutions, while also enabling our expert delivery teams. You will become proficient in application design on our platform and gain expertise in business processes across various industries and technologies represented by our diverse customer base. This role involves integrating and adapting emerging technology trends from multiple disciplines and collaborating with clients to drive technical success and operational efficiency. Key areas include security, scalability, cloud technologies, version control, configuration management, and other DevOps practices.The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for learning new technologies combined with exceptional technical, product, and business acumen to ensure the success of our customers and partners. These tasks will be executed in collaboration with Appian Product Management and Engineering, Appian Partners, and fellow members of the Customer Success team, including Customer Success Managers (CSMs).This position is based at our headquarters in McLean, VA.
