We are seeking a skilled and strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to collaborate with some of the world's most esteemed organizations. In this pivotal role, you will assist customers in harnessing the full potential of Exiger’s state-of-the-art SaaS platform, enabling them to build robust and resilient third-party and supply chain risk management programs.
As a vital member of our high-impact Customer Success team, you will serve as both a trusted advisor and a catalyst for business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading contract renewals, and identifying opportunities for expansion in collaboration with our Sales team.
