Role Overview: Co-op Researcher in AI Storage
This co-op position centers on research and development for AI storage solutions at Huawei Canada in Markham, Ontario.
Main Responsibilities
- Research new Network Filesystem storage solutions, with an emphasis on metadata management and improving data access algorithms.
- Carry out thorough system testing to verify the reliability and availability of storage solutions.
- Develop methods for problem determination, including root cause analysis and resolution within storage environments.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and coordinate project priorities.
Compensation
Total target annual compensation for this co-op role ranges from $58,000 to $104,000, depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
