The Opportunity
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of product experiences that will propel us from $10 million to over $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). This is an opportunity to be at the helm of creating and launching new product capabilities that will drive our next phase of hypergrowth.
In this role, you will not just optimize existing features; you will be responsible for defining and delivering the innovative product capabilities that will serve tens of thousands of users and facilitate hundreds of millions in transactions within the next year.
You will take ownership of complete product surfaces from inception to production, setting technical and product quality benchmarks for our engineering organization, and collaborating closely with leadership to align business strategy with product delivery.
Each feature you launch will have a direct impact on our ability to capture market share rapidly, with your efforts translating into real-time revenue growth validated by firsthand customer feedback during our onboarding process.
What You'll Do
Product Ownership & Delivery
Lead the entire product lifecycle from conception to production, covering backend systems, frontend interfaces, AI integrations, and more.
Develop production-ready AI products that automate intricate workflows for thousands of service businesses.
