Mission of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Management Specialist to lead the management and optimization of our marketplace by ensuring the best possible matching of supply and demand. This involves designing rules, economic models, and pricing mechanisms that maximize transaction value, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
The position can be based in Spain (Madrid), Argentina (Buenos Aires), or Colombia (Bogotá).
How Will You Help Us Achieve Our Mission?
- Lead optimization strategies for key marketplace functions, including prioritization, pricing, and management tools to enhance supply and allocation processes.
- Maximize revenue, margin, and fill rate through improved utilization of available supply.
- Define economic criteria for deciding how supply is allocated to demand, considering price, SLA, capacity, costs, and compliance probability.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to prioritize developments that ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, controlled pilots, etc.) to build the best solutions.
- Define and monitor key KPIs, generating reports and dashboards that evaluate the impact of strategies and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Generate forecasts of revenue, capacity utilization, and growth versus profitability scenarios.
