About The Role:
- You will oversee the complete life cycle management of major events, from the moment our sales and legal teams finalize the commercial contract until the event’s conclusion.
- You will serve as the primary liaison among all stakeholders, including the event organizers and various internal teams.
- While you will lead the overall process, you will collaborate with a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks across departments.
- You will communicate product and process needs to our headquarters, working closely with product and engineering teams to compile and prioritize requirements.
- You will create and maintain an extensive Q&A resource to assist our user support team in managing potential user inquiries.
