ABOUT THE ROLE
The Production Manager for F&B Infrastructure will oversee all physical, technical, and infrastructure-related elements of our F&B operations from a production standpoint. This role emphasizes large-scale temporary constructions, utilities, compliance, provider coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring all F&B areas are safely delivered, fully operational, and in line with the overall site build schedule and budget.
This position does not encompass commercial strategy, brand selection, or menu definition but is focused on the physical delivery and technical execution of the F&B footprint.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining constant alignment with Operations, F&B Lead, and Commercial teams, integrating F&B into the overall production timeline and critical path, coordinating with other workstreams where infrastructure overlaps, and providing clear updates on risks, blockers, and budget implications.
