Main responsibilities Process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls from start to finish within a small team. Analyze and document payroll control frameworks and country-specific procedures. Collaborate on projects with internal stakeholders and external payroll partners. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Conduct reconciliations and audits of monthly payrolls. Stay current with local payroll regulations. Support Finance teams during month-end closing and reporting. Review payroll processes to find opportunities for greater efficiency and reliability. Address escalated and urgent payroll issues promptly.
